7. Who owns the copyright to the designs?
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights and ownership of the final approved design.
jjngraphics retains the right to display the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. What if I need additional revisions or changes?
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds stated in your proposal.
Additional revisions outside of that scope are billed at an hourly rate.
9. Do you design for print and digital?
Yes. I create designs optimized for both print and digital platforms, including brand kits, social media assets, packaging, and more.

11. What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive all necessary formats, typically including:
.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, and .JPG versions for both print and web use.
12. What are your terms and conditions?
-A signed agreement and deposit are required before any work begins.
-Communication and approvals are handled via email for clarity and record-keeping.
-Delays in feedback or payment may affect the project timeline.
-Final deliverables are provided once the balance is paid in full.
